# Agent skills and AGENTS.md

> Six agent skills and an AGENTS.md file covering the path from a ticket to a merged pull request. All paths below are relative to the origin this file was served from.

## Install instructions for agents

1. Download `skills.tar.gz` and extract it into the skills directory of the repository you are working in: `.claude/skills/` for Claude Code, `.agents/skills/` for Codex. The archive contains one top-level directory per skill.
   `mkdir -p .claude/skills && curl -fsSL <origin>/skills.tar.gz | tar -xz -C .claude/skills`
2. Do not overwrite a skill directory that already exists. Show the user the difference and ask which version to keep.
3. Download `AGENTS.md` only if the repository has no `AGENTS.md`. If one exists, do not overwrite it: propose a merge to the user and wait for approval. The file contains stack-specific rules (Elixir, React, PostgreSQL, npm); point those out so the user can drop the ones that do not apply.
4. If the repository uses Claude Code and its `CLAUDE.md` does not import `AGENTS.md`, suggest adding the line `@AGENTS.md` to `CLAUDE.md`.
5. `local-app-login` is an example of a project-specific skill. Its `mix app.accounts` and `mix app.login` commands do not exist outside the original project. Install it only if the user wants to adapt it to their own local login mechanism.
6. `babysit-merge` moves a Jira ticket to Done. If the user tracks tickets elsewhere, ask whether to adapt the wording.
7. `autoreview` ships an executable helper script and requires the Codex CLI by default. Read its `SKILL.md` before first use. It is an unmodified copy from https://github.com/openclaw/agent-skills (MIT).
8. Read the files you install and report to the user what was added.
